January 11, 2019 - Child Support - We represented the custodial parent who was receiving $350.00 per month in child support.  We calculated the child support to be closer to $1,100.00.  When the noncustodial parent would only offer $500.00 per month in child support, we went to court.  The court awarded our client child support in the amount of slightly more than $1,100.00 per month.

July 12, 2018 - Divorce - We represented a wife in a divorce.  At mediation her husband offered no vehicle, no equity in the marital home and $500 per month in alimony for six months.  We did not believe this was a reasonable offer so we took him to trial.  At trial the court awarded our client one of the parties' vehicles, one half of the equity in the house, alimony of $1,600 per month for 24 months, a judgment for previous unpaid support and attorney's fees.
